A Programme That Has More to Offer

The preschool programme at Saulės Gojus is enriched with additional activities included in the education fee:
• The nursery group children are offered music, art and sports activities that encourage creativity from an early age, develop fine motor skills and strengthen physical health. Music activities stimulate children’s creative and emotional expression, art sessions develop imagination and manual dexterity, and sports exercises develop
• Kindergarteners participate in theatre activities in addition to music, art and sports, which strengthen children’s self-expression and communication skills. Through acting games, children learn to express their emotions, build self-confidence and work as a group. Music activities in the kindergarten are conducted in English: by singing and listening to songs, the children learn new words easily and naturally, and develop their pronunciation and listening skills – the ultimate language immersion!

 

Clubs for Kindergarteners' Talents to Flourish

We offer a range of additional clubs to nurture children’s individual interests. For an extra fee, kindergarteners can take attend gymnastics, which improves flexibility and coordination, as well as street dancing and ballet, which develop a sense of rhythm, encourage self-expression through movement and improve posture. Judo training develops discipline, physical stamina and self-confidence, while sensory and cognitive skills sessions help little ones to become more aware of their senses, stimulate their curiosity, and develop concentration and emotional awareness. Robotics workshops develop logical thinking, creativity and problem-solving skills, and provide an opportunity to experiment and explore the world of technology. The interactive book reading group develops linguistic expression, expands children’s vocabulary and encourages a love for books.

The purpose of all the extra activities that enrich the daily kindergarten routine is to give every child the opportunity to discover and strengthen their own strengths and to grow up as curious and confident individuals.
